    Mission

Historic Ephrata Cloister engages diverse audiences as an example of religious toleration, creative expression, intellectual freedom and the significant role Pennsylvania plays in contemporary human rights issues. The Ephrata Cloister is administered by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission and is actively supported by the Ephrata Cloister Associates, which is a non-profit community-based organization.
