Winter History Class 2025

Historic Ephrata’s Cloister annual History class is back for 2025. This year’s Winter History Class will be held every Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. from January 9 through February 27.  

Tuition for this 8-week series is $55 for members of the Ephrata Cloister Associates, and $65 for those not yet members.  

Each class will feature two speaker sessions, one at 9:00 a.m. and the second at 10:45 a.m.  Presentations we will be offered in a hybrid format with participants having the option of attending in-person or virtually using ZOOM.

The program is best suited for adult audiences with topics focusing on Ephrata Cloister history, or local and regional 18th and 19th century cultural and social history.  Click here for the History Class 2025 Speaker Schedule

 Advanced Registration is Required and can be done by registering online, completing the History Class Registration Form and returning it with your check, or stopping by the Visitor Center during our regular operating hours.

Registration for Single Day attendance closes at 4:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before that week’s Class. Single Day attendance may only be available on ZOOM.  Please contact the site at 717-733-6600 to make these arrangements.
